Bishop Rudolph Deng, president of the Sudan Council of Catholic Bishops, and Bishop Daniel Adwok, Auxiliary Bishop of the Archdiocese of Khartoum, have arrived in the United States to begin a visit highlighting the ongoing peace efforts and work of the Church in Sudan. I personally worked with Bishops Adwok and Deng, and they have stood at the forefront of the efforts to bring peace to their troubled homeland. We at Hike for Sudan wish them the utmost success in their visit, and continue to check back here for frequent updates on their progress.
